My name is Emma van Dun and I have been working as healthy lifestyle specialist since 2017 after completing my Masters in Public Health Nutrition. I am a registered nutritionist, personal trainer and yoga instructor. In June 2020 I founded "My Health Target" with the aim of helping people reach their lifestyle goals. I can support you with weight loss, weight management/body composition, improving your performance and physical and mental wellbeing.
My qualifications:

· Yoga Teaching qualification
· Pre- and post-natal exercise instructor qualification

My Aim:
Leading a healthy lifestyle is finding balance in the situations we face in our life and life is always changing one way or another. Being healthy doesn’t only involve healthy eating. Being well physically, mentally and socially all play a role in making and maintaining healthy lifestyle choices. My aim as a registered nutritionist, personal trainer and yoga instructor is to support you in a holistic way.
