Then it would be worth attending our running clinic. It is designed to offer an injury treatment and prevention service. As well as treating injuries, we can also look at whether your technique is contributing towards that injury.
We offer treadmill analysis of running style and recommendations based on that analysis to try and reduce your risk of injury.
